  • çin  vizesi copyDr Oğuz Babüroğlu
    Oğuz Babüroğlu is an Associate Professor and Core Faculty member of the School of Management at Sabancı University in Turkey. Oğuz did the original work extending the Emery-Trist levels of organizational environments to a fifth level, beyond turbulence, of vortical environments. He argued that these environments arose as a consequence of the maladaptive responses of “stalemate, polarization and monothematic dogmatism”. He is one of the first practitioners of Action Research in Turkey, a pioneering consultant in the development and implementation of micro-democratic communities, participatory decision-making processes and the owner of two consulting and executive training companies.

    Shelley Reciniello has spent her 35 year career demystifying psychological and psychoanalytic principles, and providing people and organizations with thoughtful, practical information and methods to change their lives. Her companies have provided organizational consultation, leadership development, executive coaching, employee assistance programs and other services to leading corporations including Avon, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and divisions of Exxon, Eastman Kodak, and General Electric, nationally and globally.

    Farhad Dalal has been a psychotherapist and Group Analyst in private practice for almost thirty years; first in London, now in Devon, UK. He works with organizations and is a Training Group Analyst and supervisor for the Institute of Group Analysis, London. Currently, he is Visiting Professor and at the PhD School, Open University of Holland. Previously, as Associate Fellow, he was a faculty member of the Doctoral programme at the Complexity and Management Group within the University of Hertfordshire’s Business School. He has been studying and writing on the themes of psychotherapy, discrimination, equality and diversity for over twenty five years.
